All purchases over $85 qualify for free shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Heritage Haus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Custom orders
Custom and made-to-order items require additional processing time and may take longer to ship than in-stock items. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be shared once orders are placed.
